Building Selection and Design: Traditional high-rent law space is giving way to more streamlined real estate holdings as large firms consolidate operations and opt for functional, simplified space. Philip's Nancy Creek project, a pool and guest house, complemented a 1958 modern house in one of Atlanta's most picturesque, tree-lined neighborhoods.
The simplicity of materials and authentic beauty of the houses, which originally compelled him to pursue architecture, continue to inform his design philosophy Atlanta Architect today.
