Hostels In Montezuma

It’s up in the jungle which is a nice change since hostels in Costa Rica are usually right in town. It’s quiet and you’ll be woken up by birds and monkeys instead of cars, construction and bikes.
We made friends over breakfast, swinging from a hammock, and with drinks downstairs at night. The hostel even arranged for a large group of us to head to Isla Tortuga without taking a commission. Finally, when I backpack I always like to splurge and treat myself for a few nights! If you’re looking for luxury in Costa Rica, Oxygen Jungle Villas is a perfect choice.

Though challenging to traverse, these attracted travelers who knew that they led to virgin wild forests and beaches with alluring blue waters. Montezuma is on the farthest southern tip of Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.

The hostel is located right across the street from the bus stop so getting to the national park from here is easy and you never have to wait very long. Overall, you and your significant other will love the laid back attitude and the relaxed atmosphere of this cute Central American place. If you’re traveling on a budget, check out Puerto Viejo’s affordable hostels. You’ll be just three blocks from the beach and one block from the nightlife! You’ll have quick access to the city market and main bus terminal, and you’ll also be close to waterfalls, beaches, and parks. Small and cozy perfect for traveling friends, and seeking for a comfortable stay. We found a place open for breakfast and took our time. All the while, an inquisitive blue jay checked us out. He hopped around from chair to chair, probably wanted to make sure we knew he was there, and probably hungry. It was hard to miss him though with his beautiful blue feathers.
